1.The service

ARIA is an AI-native platform that runs your CRM, communications, and automations, including an agent that operates on your own machine. By using ARIA you agree to these terms.

2.Your account

You're responsible for your account, the team members you invite, and the activity in your workspace. Keep your credentials secure.

3.Acceptable use

Don't use ARIA to break the law, send spam, harass, or run automations that violate the terms of the sites and services ARIA operates. You're responsible for the outreach and automations you configure.

4.Billing & usage

Plans include a feature set and usage allowances; usage beyond that (such as calls and premium AI) is metered against your credit balance. Set spend caps to control cost. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5.Your data & content

You own your data. You grant us only the access needed to operate the service. Execution-side activity runs on your machine. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6.Cancellation

Cancel anytime. A lapsed workspace becomes read-only after 90 days; your data stays exportable and is not deleted out from under you.

7.Disclaimers & liability

ARIA automates real actions on your behalf — review what you configure. The service is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. (Final language pending counsel.)
